If you haven't unlocked them, Ouch! Then build Town Houses to raise population and plant your goods buildings. Check your province map and see what your EMA and LMA goods are-that is, what goods you unlocked on the province map.
(2) As long as you already made the jump to HMA (way too soon, as is apparent) get all the research expansions, military buildings, and Town House. Write a post here telling what world and server you are on and what your game goals are (after doing the research mentioned above) and asking for guild recommendations.
Also, go to You Tube and watch the FoeHints videos. This lays out a whole heck of a lot of information that will really help you. Please google Forge of Empires and head to the fandom site.
